The LX VSX-LX305 9.2-Channel AV Receiver brings multi-dimensional excitement to your home entertainment. IMAX^® Enhanced means movies, concerts, and streaming games are delivered with heart-pounding sound and crisp visual enhancements to bring the world into your home theater, just as the filmmakers and sound editors intended. Featuring two HDMI-out options and 100-watts of continuous power per channel, the VSX-LX 305 AV receiver delivers uncompressed HDMI 8K/4K transfer at 40 Gbps, increasing the bandwidth over its predecessors and maximizing next-gen gaming.

HDMI^® 2.1 supports a range of video resolutions including 8K60, 4K120 and Dynamic HDR. Combine that with 60Hz refresh rates for smooth and sharp playback, even for high-speed action. And with discrete 2-zone switching you can setup in two rooms, so you and the kids don’t have to agree on what to watch.

100 Watts Per Channel

With 100 Watts per channel (8 ohms, 20 Hz-20 kHz, THD 0.08 %, 2ch Driven FTC) the VSX-LX305 has enough power to support 9.2 channels, so you can have the full home theater setup.

With or without upfiring speakers, E-ARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) simplifies connectivity and supports the latest high-bitrate audio formats including Dolby Atmos^®, DTS-HD Master Audio^™, DTS:X^® and Dolby^® TrueHD. Say hello to lifelike, object-oriented sound in smooth, curving movements or realistic overhead height effects.

Pristine Listening, Any Room

State-of-the-art Dirac Live room correction technology takes the room out of the equation and unlocks your loudspeakers’ full potential—no upgrade required. It automatically calibrates sound to the room using either a smartphone + the included wired mic or the Dirac Live PC/MacOS app + a 3rd party USB mic (not included). You’ll get a more accurate measurement of your surround sound positioning and more precise and balanced sound overall.

Auto Room Tuning

Pioneer’s Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration System (MCACC) automatically adjusts sound according to your listening area and speakers by suppressing the standing waves that occur between walls or ceiling and the floor. Additionally, Auto Phase Control Plus makes real-time analysis of the phase difference and automatically compensates for the gap, resulting in strong bass and clear high-frequency sound.

Bi-Directional Bluetooth

Now, Bluetooth connectivity is even better with bi-directional Bluetooth. Stream from your device to the AVR using SBC or AAC codecs, or transmit audio playing through the AVR to compatible wireless headphones. This is great news if you want to stream from your phone or for the gamer in your life…or maybe for the person who doesn’t want to hear what their gamer is playing.

Music Streaming

Music streaming is simple with the VSX-LX305. Access to several streaming services including Spotify^®, Amazon Music, Pandora^®, TIDAL, Deezer, and TuneIn is built in. Additionally, this AVR is compatible with Works with Sonos, AirPlay 2 and DTS Play-Fi^®. You can also use voice commands to control supported music services in multiple rooms with Alexa or Chromecast built-in^™.

Multi-room Entertainment

Wirelessly stream audio from any compatible mobile device to your AV Receiver and DTS Play-Fi compatible audio systems to create a multi-room system in your home. You can even stream different sources to different speakers at the same time from the DTS Play-Fi app.
